Recruitment by Design Limited was established in 2003 by Lorraine Burns to help small and medium size businesses in Greater Auckland to get the results they want from their employees and contractors. Lorraine's primary objective was to help businesses to grow by ensuring that they have the right people and systems to achieve their business objectives.

Since then Recruitment by Design has assisted Chartered Accounting firms, Law firms, Medical Centres, Real Estate, Property Developers, IT firms, Manufacturing, Cleaning businesses, not for profit organisations and others to manage their people and get results.

Many of our clients don't have HR Managers so we work with them to customise systems and train their managers to undertake the human resource function professionally and economically.
